    The Fowler/Bowers Ultima Bore Gaging System is one of the most accurate "contact" bore gage systems available on the market today. The Ultima system can compare to air gaging or dedicated plug gages in regards to accuracy but gives end users much more usability. The Ultima bore gage is the next generation of the old Superbore System. The Ultima bore gage incorporates a high accuracy probe inside of the transducer handle that is hooked up to a Sylvac readout to display the bore measurements. This type of bore gage system is ideal for a lab but can also be used out on the shop floor as well. The Bowers "FASTFIT" threads on the measuring heads and transducer handles allow operators to switch out heads in a matter of seconds. Users have a choice of three different Sylvac readouts to use as the digital display. Ultima bore gage sets are available or users can also let us know the range they woud like to cover and one of our inside sales reps can quote out a special range set. The Ultima bore gage system has great accuracy specifications and they quality speaks for itself.
